Packaging and Shipping

Orders are usually shipped 1 to 2 business days off weekends and holidays. Shipping rates include packaging costs (cardboard, bubble wrap, handling, etc.) Packages are shipped by Colissimo tracking and for the most fragile objects or more than 30 kg we use a dedicated carrier such as DHL, UPS, Feedex... Packages are insured according to each carrier's GVCs. Depending on the sum of the product or products, additional insurance can be added at your request.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returns

In accordance with the current law you have 14 days to return the article A YOUR OWN EXPENSE in case it does not suit you .. We sell new items (unless shown inversely on the product listing) and take great care for packaging and protection for transport.  If when delivering the package you have the slightest doubt, that the package is damaged even if the delivery man does not want to wait for you to check it, it is not only your right but your duty to refuse the package, which will then be returned to us....  if you accept a damaged package, we cannot be held responsible in the event of a break or missing part, and it will be up to you to file a complaint against the carrier on your own.
